ANNUAL STAFF CONFERENCE ENGAGEMENT TRAINING
WAFC wanted to use their annual conference as an opportunity to deepen connections within the organisation and help them communicate more effectively
JEM Training ran a highly engaging activity based session allowing team members to find commonality with their team mates, learn the importance of collaboration and effectively communicate their views.
The lessons learned from the course have since been implemented and supported at all levels of the club.
