TRONOX GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Tronox run a graduate development program, part of which requires the graduates to develop a business case which they then present to senior management. This group presentation takes the form of a Shark Tank scenario where the ideas are judged on 4 criteria, one of which is presentation skills.
The graduates worked in teams to develop their business ideas and then we helped them implement the learning around:
- How to structure a presentation
- How to engage the audience
- Answering questions effectively
- Presenting with confidence
- Handling nerves
They were also given plenty of rehearsal time and personalised feedback on their style, delivery and impact before their actual presentation in front of the judges.
