PACIFIC ENERGY LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS PROGRAM
Pacific energy launched a Leadership Essentials program aimed at equipping all leaders with the foundational skills needed for success.
Jill McCrum ran a series of programs for attendees over a number of weeks in topics such as:
- Top 10 leadership skills
- Building trust and credibility
- Managing personality styles
- Effective communication
- Conflict resolution
- Situational leadership
- Giving constructive feedback
- Time management
The attendees committed to actions that they would take following each program and then reported back at the next session as to their effectiveness.
