ENSCOPE LEADERSHIP UPSKILLING
Enscope wanted to upskill all their leaders in Situational Leadership training so they could use common language within the organisation and have a common understanding of the theory and its application
We rolled out the program to all leaders, focusing on understanding the theory and its application. We ran exercises and activities to help attendees identify staff members’ level of development and how to flex their leadership style accordingly.
This program now forms part of all new starters’ training at Enscope to ensure common understanding and alignment.
