Armada wanted to set their emerging leaders up for success so have embarked upon a ‘True North’ program with them, helping hone and develop their leadership skills.
In conjunction with Armada, we embarked upon a year long bi-monthly training schedule covering essential leadership skills such as:
- What leadership is
- Why they want to be leaders
- What does leadership entail
- Skills to manage time and stress
- Understanding and managing personality styles
- Presentation skills
After every session the attendees implement their actions points and report back on their progress and effectiveness.
